Our AML and Verification Policy
We operate under licence ALSI-202504044-FI2 issued by the Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., and every account on our platform is subject to the identity, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing checks described below. This page explains in plain language what we ask from you, when we ask for it, and what happens next.
Our Commitment to AML Rules
We hold our Anjouan licence (ALSI-202504044-FI2) and apply the anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements attached to it across every product we run, from pokies and live tables to our sportsbook. Our compliance programme is risk-based: we assess each account against standard risk criteria and apply proportionate checks.
We report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in our licence jurisdiction, keep records of every decision, and train our staff so that anyone handling your account understands their obligations. We never tip you off about a report, because the law prohibits it; we can only tell you that a review or verification is under way.
When We Verify Your Account
Three verification points
Verification is not a one-off event. We run it at three points, and the timing depends on how you use your account.
- At registration: we confirm your age (18+), your country of residence and that your details are internally consistent.
- Before your first withdrawal: full KYC, which means government ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to you.
- At thresholds or on risk triggers: if your deposits reach AUD 2,500 cumulatively, if a single transaction looks unusual for your profile, or if you change your payment method.
| Check | Documents we accept | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, driver licence or national ID card | Registration and first withdrawal |
| Address | Utility bill, bank statement or government letter dated within 3 months | First withdrawal and re-checks every 12 months |
| Payment method | Photo of the card (first 6 and last 4 digits visible) or wallet/e-wallet screenshot showing your name | First withdrawal to that method |
Documents must be valid, legible and show your full legal name exactly as registered with us. If your details have changed, for example after a move or a name change, tell us before your next withdrawal so we can update the file first.
How Verification Works
Your documents are stored encrypted, with access limited to trained compliance staff on a need-to-know basis. We do not share verification data with third parties except where the law requires it, and we never ask for documents through channels outside your account.
- Step 1: Upload your documents through the secure verification tab in your account, never by email or live chat.
- Step 2: Our team reviews them, usually within 24 hours of upload and always within 3 business days.
- Step 3: We either approve the document or send you a note explaining what is missing and how to fix it.
- Step 4: You see the result in your account and receive confirmation; no further action is needed once all three checks show approved.
When We Ask About Funds
For most players, confirming identity is enough. We ask for source-of-funds evidence when the pattern of your play does not match the profile we hold, when large or frequent deposits raise questions, or when a regulatory threshold is crossed. This is a legal obligation on our side, not a judgement about you.
Evidence we may request includes recent payslips, a bank statement, proof of a property sale, dividend statements or business accounts. We tell you exactly what we need and why, and we only request documents relevant to the deposits in question. The review is confidential, and your account stays usable while it runs unless we have a legal reason to freeze it.
How We Monitor Transactions
Every deposit and withdrawal passes through automated screening before it settles, and our compliance team reviews flagged cases manually. Screening covers transaction size, velocity, funding-source consistency and the same-method rule: withdrawals go back to the same method you used to deposit, in proportion to what you put in through it.
If you deposit by card and crypto, we split your withdrawal across both in the same ratio. Our limits are AUD 30 minimum per withdrawal and AUD 8,000 per day / AUD 32,000 per month, and we may ask for additional verification before releasing amounts at the top of that range. Crypto transactions confirm within 10-30 minutes and e-wallet withdrawals land within 0-24 hours; card and bank withdrawals take 1-3 business days.
If Verification Fails
If a document is rejected, we tell you why and give you a chance to upload a replacement. Accounts without a resolved verification status can have withdrawals held, bonuses forfeited and, in serious cases, be suspended until the file is complete.
If you ignore our document requests for 30 days, we restrict the account: deposits are blocked and pending withdrawals are frozen. Funds are never confiscated; once verification is complete, the withdrawal is released to a method in your name. If we find evidence of fraud, third-party payment use or sanctioned-jurisdiction access, we must close the account and report the matter, and balances are handled per our terms. Players from restricted countries, including the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Italy and Curacao, cannot hold accounts at all.
How Long We Keep Records
We keep verification documents and transaction records for at least 5 years after the account closes, because our Anjouan licence requires it and because it protects you if a dispute or audit arises later. Records are held encrypted and are deleted under our retention schedule once the legal period ends.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you at any time by writing to our compliance team, and you can ask for corrections if something is out of date. If you need help with any part of this policy, our support team is available 24/7 by live chat or at [email protected].
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to verify my account before I can deposit?
No. You can register, deposit and play with basic checks. Full KYC, meaning ID, proof of address and payment method ownership, is required before your first withdrawal or once cumulative deposits reach AUD 2,500.
How long does verification take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours, and all of them within 3 business days. You can track the status in the verification tab of your account.
Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?
Not in the first instance. We return funds to the same method you deposited with, split proportionally if you used more than one. If a method cannot receive funds, for example an expired card, we work with you on a verified alternative.
What happens if I do not send my documents?
After 30 days of no response, deposits are blocked and pending withdrawals are frozen. Your balance is not confiscated and is released once verification is complete.
