Responsible Gaming

Our Commitment to You

We hold a licence from the Anjouan authority (number ALSI-202504044-FI2), and with that licence comes a duty of care we take seriously. Gambling should stay a form of entertainment you control, never a source of stress or debt.

Our systems run behaviour monitoring in the background, flagging patterns such as sudden deposit increases, extended night-time sessions or repeated losses followed by immediate redeposits. When we see those signals, we reach out privately and offer limits or a break before things escalate. You can also turn on reality checks in your account settings, a pop-up reminder every 30, 60 or 120 minutes telling you how long you have been playing and where your balance stands.

Warning Signs to Watch

Problem gambling rarely announces itself. These signs come from what our players and support staff have told us over the years. If two or more ring true for you or someone close to you, it is worth acting now rather than later.

  • Chasing losses: depositing again straight after a loss to win the money back
  • Hiding your play from family, friends or partner, or lying about time spent gambling
  • Borrowing money, using credit cards or dipping into savings to keep playing
  • Playing for longer than you planned, or being unable to log off when you said you would
  • Mood changes: irritability, restlessness or anxiety when you are not gambling
  • Neglecting work, study, sleep or relationships because of gambling
  • Gambling to escape stress, grief or low mood rather than for fun
  • Escalating bets to feel the same level of excitement as before

Tools You Can Use

Every tool below is free, available in your account under Profile, then Responsible Gaming, and takes effect immediately. Our support team can activate any of them for you over live chat or at [email protected], 24/7.

  • Deposit limits: cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month, stopping top-ups once the cap is reached
  • Loss limits: set the maximum you are prepared to lose in a period, locking play once the limit is hit
  • Wagering limits: restrict the total amount you can bet across all games in a set window
  • Session timeouts: schedule an automatic log-out after 30, 60 or 120 minutes of continuous play
  • Reality checks: on-screen reminders showing session length and net result at regular intervals
  • Cooling-off periods: pause your account for 24 hours up to 30 days when you need breathing space
  • Self-exclusion: block access to your account for a fixed term or permanently, our strongest protection
  • Account history: review every deposit, bet and withdrawal in your transaction log at any time

How Self-Exclusion Works

You can exclude yourself for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently. The choice of duration is entirely yours, and a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. We offer five terms so the option fits your situation, whether that is one rough weekend or a decision to stop for good.

Once exclusion starts, your account closes to all play and deposits immediately. Any funds remaining in your balance are returned to you via your original deposit method, and open bets already placed on settled events are honoured and paid out. You will receive no marketing emails, bonuses or promotional messages from us for the whole exclusion period.

For fixed-term exclusions of 7 days to 6 months, reactivation is not automatic. At the end of the term you must contact [email protected], complete a short cooling-off review and wait 24 hours before access resumes. That waiting period exists deliberately: it gives you a final chance to reconsider.

Protecting Young People

You must be 18 or over to hold an account with us. Our KYC process requires a government-issued photo ID before your first withdrawal, and accounts flagged as under-age are closed with balances forfeited and, where warranted, reported to authorities.

If minors can access your devices, install parental control software such as Net Nanny, Qustodio or CyberPatrol to block gambling sites entirely. Keep your login details private, never save passwords on shared computers and always log out after a session.

Talk to Our Support Team

Any mention of gambling harm in live chat or email is escalated to a senior agent trained in responsible-gaming handling, and those conversations stay confidential. Reach us 24/7 through live chat in your account or by writing to [email protected].

If you would prefer a third party to help you set limits or request exclusion, they may contact us on your behalf with your written authorisation. Asking for help is never a weakness; it is the smartest bet you can place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reverse a self-exclusion before it ends?

No. Fixed-term exclusions of 7 days to 6 months run their full course, and permanent exclusions are never reversed. This protects you from impulsive decisions in a weak moment.

Will I still receive bonuses while on a cooling-off period?

No. During any cooling-off or exclusion period we suspend all marketing emails, bonuses and promotional offers, including the Friday free spins drops and weekly cashback.

What happens to my remaining balance when I self-exclude?

Your balance is returned to you via your original deposit method. Open bets already placed on events that settle during the exclusion are honoured and paid out.

How quickly do deposit limits take effect?

Immediately. Limits set in Profile, then Responsible Gaming, apply from the moment you confirm them, and lowering a limit is instant while raising one may require a 24-hour wait.
